Wheels must be in good condition, preferably (#1 or #2 level). You may stop by with your wheels and we will give you the best buy. If you have concerns about the condition of your wheels, you can email with a picture and we will contact you. (We will also, purchase the tires, if they are mounted with the wheels and in good condition.)
